I’ve written this letter word-for-word from your website because you told me I could if our company was not satisfied with your work.
I’m also choosing not to provide a reason. We will consider your next invoice null and void and consider the contract completed and also agree not to use work that we did not compensate you for.
Thank you for providing us the ability to say “no” to more work that we were not completely satisfied with. We will take your word that you will harbor no negative feelings about this shortened engagement, as we are only using the mechanism you yourself provided.
